We would like to remind you that a taxpayer should pay duties and taxes on time. We invite you to do this using this portal, by generating a tax balance query and pushing the “Pay” button in the response to the query window. Another option is to make a bank transfer to one of the cumulative accounts of the Customs Department. A failure to pay duties and taxes on time will result in the calculation of interest for every day of delay.

We would like to inform that due to an ongoing reorganisation of information systems, the possibility to submit a Request in relation to taxes administered by the customs authorities via MAKIS services portal is not available.
Requests should be submitted to the administrating territorial customs office under common procedure.
